it mean's your mailserver rejected that mail.
**that is for receiver mailserver administrator
solve:
1.Go to your mailserver
2.Click Microsoft exchange Console
3.Click Organization configuration
4.Click hub Transport.
5.Click anti spam
6.Click content filtering
7.now add your mail address which mail address is show spam
8.click + button
9.Apply
